MAYBE YOU'LL BE A MILLIONAIRE OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. Eligibility. The "Maybe You'll Be a Millionaire" contest (the "Contest") is open to residents 18 years or older at the time of entry. Only one person per household will be allowed to qualify. Duhamel Broadcasting Enterprises (Duhamel Broadcasting), Western South Dakota Broadcasting, LLC (WSDB) and New Generation Broadcasting, LLC employees and their families, and participating major and title sponsors' employees and their families are not eligible to enter.

3. The Contest. Duhamel Broadcasting will qualify between 150 and 250 persons who will meet at First Western Bank on Saturday, June 7th, 2008. Each qualifier will be given a prize packet. One and only one of the packets will indicate that the holder will be the contestant for the $1,000,000 prize*. That person will then have the opportunity to draw three envelopes from a bin of 20 envelopes. If all three envelopes indicate it, the holder wins the $1,000,000 prize*. If the $1,000,000 prize* is not drawn, the contestant will be awarded a one thousand dollar certificate of deposit from First Western Bank.

4. On-Air Entry. Radio Stations KDDX-FM, KZZI-FM, KQRQ-FM, KZLK-FM and KOTA-AM will each qualify one person daily Monday through Friday from April 28, 2008 through May 30, 2008. Each listener can only qualify once and may not qualify on more than one station.

5. On-Location Entry. Participating sponsors will offer registration for a chance to qualify for the contest. A yet to be determined number of qualifiers will be chosen from entries at participating sponsors but will not exceed a total of 250.

6. Prizes and Odds. *If there is a successful contestant, a $1,000,000 prize will be awarded in the form of an annuity that would pay $25,000 for 40 (forty) years, or the successful contestant will have the option to receive the agreed lump sum cash payment of $400,000. Prize will be awarded only if the winning envelopes are chosen by final contestant, who shall notify Duhamel Broadcasting of its choice of payment of the prize within 30 (thirty) days from the date that Duhamel Broadcasting receives payment from the insurance company of the check to fund the purchase of the annuity. Contestant, if not successful in drawing the winning envelopes, will win a $1,000 CD from First Western Bank. Odds are based on total number of qualifiers.

7. Winner Notification and Acceptance. In the event a winning envelopes are chosen, the winner may waive their right to receive their prize. Prize is non-assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be returned within ten (10) days of date of postmark. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release within ten (10) days, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. 8. Participation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Contest is compromised by tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date. All finalists must be present to win and can not send someone in their place. If a finalist cannot make the contest, they forfeit their chance to win. Should a natural or manmade disaster occur on the date of this contest, Sponsor will choose another date within the next 30 days to restage the giveaway.

9. Limitations of Liability. By entering the Contest, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and entrant waives his or her right to a jury trial for such disputes, claims, and causes of action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

10. Construction. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any contestant, Sponsor, and the insurer of the prize, namely HCC Specialty shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of South Dakota. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

11. Proof of Claim. A proof of claim shall include an affidavit of the winner. HCC Specialty, the insurer of this promotion, may conduct a reasonable investigation as a condition to payment of the claim if, in the sole opinion of HCC Specialty, such an examination is warranted by the facts.

12. Remedies of Contestant. The winner shall not sell, transfer, encumber, assign or otherwise dispose of all or any portion of the prize annuity without the written consent of Duhamel Broadcasting and HCC Specialty, the insurer of this promotion. The liability of Duhamel Broadcasting, WSDB, NGB, Steven E. Duffy and its participating sponsors as the Sponsor of this promotion, shall terminate upon the issuance of a prize indemnity insurance policy by HCC Specialty as the insurer of this promotion to the winner, or the payment in cash of the agreed lump sum cash payment of $400,000. Upon issuance of said policy or payment of the agreed lump sum cash payment, the successful contestant's rights shall be solely and exclusively against the insurance company issuing the annuity.

13. General Release. By entering the Contest, contestants agree to hold harmless Duhamel Broadcasting, WSDB, NGB, Steven E. Duffy and the participating contest sponsors and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including, destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light). Duhamel Broadcasting, WSDB, NGB, Steven E. Duffy and its participating sponsors' liability shall absolutely terminate under all circumstances when it issues the annuity policy, or alternatively, when at the request of the successful contestant it pays to him or her the agreed lump sum cash payment, all as provided in paragraph 6 hereof.

14. Sponsor. The "Maybe You'll be a Millionaire" Contest is sponsored by Duhamel Broadcasting, WSDB, NGB, Steven E. Duffy and it's participating sponsors (collectively referred to as "Sponsor") whose decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Contest.
