Police in Hand county along with SDGF&P brought a fugitive from Kansas into custody.
According to a post on the City of Miller Facebook page, the Miller Police Department was
notified on Monday by authorities in Kansas that Jordan Russel Lane Bell was residing in Miller.
Bell was wanted on a $250 thousand bond for charges of Rape with a Child
Under 14 Years of Age and Aggravated Indecent Liberties with a Child.
Police executed a high risk warrant on Bell at Dewdrop Inn and brought him into custody with no incident.
