On January 5th at around 1:55 a.m., police were dispatched to 2110 Jackson Boulevard for a report of a robbery that had just occurred. On arrival, police made contact with an employee of the business. The employee told police they were working at the time when an unknown male entered the casino. The unknown male brandished a knife and demanded money, to which the employee complied. The male then exited the business with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is described by witnesses as a Native American male, standing approximately 6’0” tall, wearing a black sweatshirt, and a lighter colored bandana over his face. Police are still working to investigate the incident and recover video/images from the location. Anyone with any information about the incident should contact police investigations at 605-394-4134.
