Crews continue road surface work near the Fifth Street entrance to the alley of the 500 block between St. Joseph Street and Main Street (near the old Rapid City Journal building). The entrance to this alley from the Fifth Street side remains closed. Drivers needing entrance to the alley in the affected area must use the alley entrance off Sixth Street between St. Joseph Street and Main Street (near the Elks Theatre). Anticipated completion of the road work is expected Friday, November 22.
