Turn Up The Heat and help those in financial need heat their homes in the coldest months of winter and cool their homes in the extreme heat of summer during the 2019 Walk For Warmth. The 8th annual Walk For Warmth starts at 2 p.m. at Main Street Square, follows a 1.5-mile route through downtown Rapid City and finishes back at Main Street Square.

The $10 per-person or $20 per-family entry fee is a tax-deductible donation. College student entry fee $5 with student ID. Children under 18 participate for free when accompanied by a paying adult.

Black Hills Energy will match donations up to $10,000. All proceeds will be administered by The Salvation Army – Rapid City Corps to help those in need of energy assistance.
