A “Protect Our Wildlife and Environmental Resources”/Silent Auction networking event will include Speakers Darci Adams from the Humane Society of the United States, Haley Stewart, Wildlife Protection Manager from HSUS, and Mark Winegar, Chair of the South Dakota Sierra Club. Topics of interest will include humane alternatives of urban deer management, the SD mountain lion management plan, and current wildlife and environmental issues up for vote in Pierre. There will be refreshments and music to bid by. All proceeds to benefit a local animal sanctuary.
