Manslaughter Sentence

A Pine Ridge woman will spend 30 months
in prison for a traffic accident that killed a passenger in her
vehicle.

Prosecutors said Annie Miner was intoxicated and speeding when
she lost control and crashed. The 20-year-old pleaded guilty to
involuntary manslaughter in October.
