County Expands

Pennington County has been expanding causing departments to run out of room. But again, money is tight. Still, commissioners will have to make some tough decisions for the 20-11 budget.

County auditor Julie Pearson suggests the county delay purchasing equipment and have each department report on what non-mandated services they offer and how much they cost….
