State Penitentiary reports 4th death since February

South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley announced that the Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) is probing the death of Nicholas Skorka, a 42-year-old inmate found deceased in his cell at the South Dakota State Penitentiary on Tuesday.
