According to the Washington Post, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem has flown home to South Dakota nine times since January using a Coast Guard jet. While some lawmakers have raised concerns over the use of federal aircraft for personal travel, DHS officials say it’s permitted under longstanding rules established in 2004.
