Authorities have released the name of A Rapid City man who died following a two- vehicle crash Tuesday morning near Rapid City.
43 year-old Brandon Lee Ice was the driver of a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado that was traveling westbound on I-90 near Exit 54 when he crossed the median and struck the International Truck-Tractor driven by 43-year-old Jason Emsley Nisen of Box Elder who was driving a 2022 International Truck-Tractor traveling eastbound.
Ice died from his injuries. Nisen was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. Both drivers were wearing seat belts and the South Dakota Highway Patrol is continuing to investigate the crash.
