South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley has been unanimously elected President-Elect of the National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG), marking his second time in the role.
Jackley, who served as NAAG Vice President over the past year, was chosen Monday during the association’s annual meeting. He previously became the first South Dakota Attorney General to lead NAAG when elected president in 2015.
NAAG represents Attorneys General from all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. territories.
