A fast‑moving wildfire broke out Wednesday afternoon south of Rockerville, prompting road closures and localized evacuations as crews work to contain the flames. The Coyote Flats Fire was first reported in the 23800 block of Pebble Lane, just off Neck Yoke Road near Highway 16.
