RAPID CITY, S.D. – Residents in western Pennington County now have a new option for completing routine vehicle transactions.
A South Dakota DMV Now self-service kiosk has opened at The Country Store at Three Forks along Highway 385 near Rapid City. The kiosk is available daily from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. and expands access for residents in the Southern Hills, including the Hill City and Keystone areas.
The self-service kiosks allow customers to renew eligible vehicle registrations, update contact information, print seller’s permits, and complete select driver’s licensing transactions. Registration renewals can be paid for with a credit or debit card, and customers receive their registration and license plate decal immediately.
Officials say the new location brings the total number of DMV Now kiosks in Pennington County to five, giving residents another convenient alternative to visiting a county office.
