RAPID CITY, S.D. — The Medical Air Rescue Company (MARC) has begun construction on a new headquarters and aircraft hangar in Rapid City, a project designed to expand operations and improve emergency medical transport services across the region.
The new facility will provide additional operational space, advanced training areas for flight crews, and resources to support future growth. MARC officials said the investment will strengthen the organization’s ability to serve critically ill patients in rural and underserved communities throughout South Dakota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas. Construction is expected to be completed ahead of schedule.
