I see communities gaining investment, growth, and optimism. Most importantly, I see Louisiana becoming a state that attracts talent instead of exporting it.

For decades, Louisiana was known for what we were losing. Today, we are becoming known for what we are gaining.

Louisiana recently recorded population growth for the second consecutive year. Young adults accounted for most of that growth. Our labor force participation rate recorded one of the largest increases in America as thousands more Louisianians entered or reentered the workforce.
People are choosing Louisiana again.
