RAPID CITY, S.D. – Downtown Rapid City was filled with classic cars and car enthusiasts Saturday as the annual Cruiser Car Show returned to Main Street.
The free event, co-hosted by Main Street Square and the Rapid City Police Department, featured more than 200 vehicles, ranging from early 1900s models to modern classics.
Attendees spent the afternoon visiting with vehicle owners, exploring local vendor booths, and enjoying food from area food trucks.
Organizers say they were excited to bring the event back to Main Street and showcase a wide variety of automobiles and local history.
Awards were presented in several vehicle categories, while visitors also helped select the People’s Choice and Kid’s Choice award winners.
