Water Line Break Disrupts Service, Traffic on Jackson Boulevard

RAPID CITY, S.D. –  Crews are responding to a water line break on Jackson Boulevard in Rapid City today. Residents and businesses in the 600, 700, and 800 blocks of Jackson Boulevard on both sides of the street may experience water service disruptions while repairs are underway. Motorists should also expect traffic impacts, with Jackson Boulevard reduced to a single northbound lane in the affected area. City officials say repair work and lane restrictions are expected to continue through mid-afternoon. Drivers are encouraged to use caution and allow extra travel time.
