Authorities and family members are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 27‑year‑old Chelsea Stone, who was last seen on December 11, 2025, at the Kyle Teacher Housing area on the Pine Ridge Reservation.
Stone was officially reported missing on December 29, 2025, by her mother, who told investigators she had not seen or heard from her daughter since earlier in the month. Stone is an enrolled member of both the Rosebud Sioux Tribe and Hopi Pueblo.
Stone is 5’3″, Approximately 160 lbs with light brown hair, and brown eyes.
Authorities say Stone may be in or around Rapid City, the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, or the Rosebud Sioux Indian Reservation.
The Oglala Sioux Tribe Department of Public Safety is urging anyone with information about Stone’s whereabouts—or any details that may assist in the investigation—to contact OST Dispatch at 605‑867‑5111.
