Rapid City Regional Airport announced Monday that seasonal nonstop flights between Rapid City and Chicago O’Hare International Airport are now available, giving travelers more options for business, family travel and short getaways.
Airport officials said the return of the Chicago route reflects continued growth in demand and expanding air service at Rapid City Regional Airport. The seasonal route is being offered by both United Airlines and American Airlines.
Daily nonstop service is now operating, with as many as four flights per day between the two cities. American Airlines’ seasonal service is scheduled to continue through Oct. 4, while United Airlines’ nonstop flights are expected to run through Jan. 4.
