A Rapid City man pleaded guilty Tuesday, to multiple counts of possessing child sexual abuse material.
Austin Michaelson, 31, entered the guilty plea during a change-of-plea hearing before Circuit Court Judge Jeffery Connolly at the Pennington County Courthouse. Under a plea agreement, Michaelson pleaded guilty to three counts of possession, and prosecutors dismissed the remaining charges, which included a distribution count.
Michaelson faces sentencing at 8:30 a.m. on June 16.
