Fall River County has transitioned its emergency notification system from CodeRED to Everbridge to deliver countywide public safety alerts, including wildfire evacuations, severe weather, flooding, and road closures.
Residents can sign up through the county website and choose to receive alerts by phone call, text, or email, with the option to target specific locations like homes or businesses. Some contact information from residents registered with CodeRED before March 2025 was transferred, but officials encourage everyone to re-register, as transferred accounts can’t be updated and some settings did not carry over. Anyone who registered after March 2025 will need to sign up again.
