Authorities arrested a Sioux Falls man Monday after a reported assault and disturbance at a Rapid City gas station.
Police were called around 5:20 p.m. to a business at 1610 Caregiver Circle, where they found 37-year-old Carlos Ambriz being restrained on the ground by several customers. Witnesses said Ambriz became confrontational with store employees and assaulted a customer who attempted to calm the situation.
Ambriz, who is on parole, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and failure to vacate. He was taken to the Pennington County Jail.
