A Wilmington Police Department advisory identified the suspect in a Tuesday hospital shooting as John Wallace-Bey, 23, of New Castle.
He will be charged with first-degree murder, first-degree attempted murder, two counts of “Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony” and “Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon,” according to the advisory.
The man was taken into custody on Tuesday night.
