-
- SB 62 requires reporting of misconduct and crime within government.
- SB 63 protects whistleblowers among state employees.
- These measures were led by Attorney General Marty Jackley, alongside Executive Order 2025-04, which sets up a secure reporting system and training protocols.
SB 7, Rhoden’s first signed bill as governor, prohibits sanctuary cities and supports law enforcement in immigration actions.
SB 100 allows students with enhanced permits to carry concealed firearms on college campuses—Rhoden compared it to the successful 2019 constitutional carry law.
