KELO-TV news anchor Angela Kennecke’s 21-year-old daughter, Emily, died of a fentanyl overdose in May 2018. Angela will share her story on Monday, January 28 at the Performing Arts Center in Rapid City. There is no admission, and following her presentation, there will be a panel discussion with Angela and community leaders from law enforcement, the school system, the medical community, and other key areas. The event is part of Lifeways’ Addiction Reframed educational series and is sponsored in part by Regional Health.
