Crews are increasing plowing efforts in the Level A areas as roads are getting snow-covered in areas. There are scattered slippery areas developing as well. Drivers are advised to use extra caution, slow down, drive the conditions and not the speed limit, and allow extra time to reach destinations during your daily commute today.

As a reminder, during the winter season and an active snow event, the City uses a targeted response, based on the adopted policy. For several years, snow plowing and treatment efforts are divided into three levels of service:
- Level A: In a level A response, crews are focusing efforts on main roads, emergency routes, steep streets and busy intersections, including downtown snow removal and road treatment. Crews will then move into the other areas.
- Level B: Smaller roads and high-traffic residential streets, plus Level A areas and continued downtown snow removal and road treatment.
- Level C: All other streets.
