The Oglala Sioux Tribe Department of Public Safety is asking for assistance in locating 3 men wanted in connection to a violent assault with a firearm.
Harley, “Ray Ray” High Wolf, Torry Ray Ghost Bear and Derek Dre Tyon, known as “D Man” may be armed and dangerous. One of the men is also a non compliant sex offender.
A 4th man, Dale Joseph Martin Jr. known as “Scud” is in custody.
