A 27‑year‑old South Dakota man pleaded not guilty Friday in federal court to four child‑pornography‑related charges.
Alex Badura made his initial appearance in federal court Friday morning, where he entered not‑guilty pleas to three counts of receipt of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. According to court documents, the alleged offenses occurred between November 2024 and September 2025.
Badura is currently being held in the Pennington County Jail. A detention hearing is scheduled for today.
