South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley is participating in a U.S. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee roundtable today to examine the impact of federal regulations and litigation on American agriculture.
The full committee roundtable, titled “Farming on Trial: The Growing Use of Lawfare Against American Agriculture,” will focus on how lawsuits and court decisions are increasingly shaping farm policy rather than traditional lawmaking.
Other participants include Shad Sullivan of R-CALF USA and Margaret Byfield of American Stewards of Liberty.
