Two Rapid City men were arrested early April 23 after police linked them to two burglaries involving smashed windows at local businesses.
Police first responded around 12:25 a.m. to an alarm and broken window at 49 E. Omaha St. Surveillance showed two men breaking the window and fleeing. About an hour later, officers responded to another burglary at 1507 E. Saint Patrick St., where video captured the same two suspects smashing a window, entering the store and stealing items.

Blue Legs was arrested for third-degree burglary and felony vandalism, while Lakota was arrested for third-degree burglary, minor in possession of alcohol, and underage consumption.
