Eastbound traffic on Interstate 90 was reduced Monday morning following a one-vehicle crash near Sturgis.
The accident occurred at mile marker 33 near the Black Hills National Cemetery exit when a passenger car left the roadway and became entangled in guardrail cables. Traffic was restricted to one lane as emergency crews worked at the scene.
The driver sustained what were reported as minor injuries.
Responding agencies included the South Dakota Highway Patrol, Meade County Sheriff’s Office, Sturgis Police Department, Sturgis Ambulance, and the South Dakota Department of Transportation.
