An 18-year-old Rapid City woman was arrested Sunday after allegedly fleeing from police in a vehicle carrying a juvenile runaway and crashing into a patrol car.
Police responded to the 1300 block of Atlas Street around 12:40 p.m. after receiving a report that a runaway juvenile was inside a vehicle. When officers attempted to contact the driver, identified as Josiah Hornbeck, she allegedly sped away through a yard.
