PINE RIDGE, S.D. – A 53-year-old Pine Ridge man has been sentenced to eight years in federal prison after pleading guilty in a child abuse case involving a young girl.
Donovan He Crow was sentenced Monday in U.S. District Court. According to prosecutors, the offense occurred when the victim was between 12 and 13 years old.
In addition to his prison sentence, He Crow was ordered to serve 10 years of supervised release, pay a special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund, and register as a sex offender.
