RAPID CITY, S.D. – Drivers in Rapid City should plan for traffic impacts starting Monday as city crews begin water line repairs near East Omaha Street and Lacrosse Street.
The project is scheduled to run through September 28. During the work, the northernmost westbound lane on East Omaha Street will be closed for repairs and street restoration.
City officials are asking motorists to use extra caution while traveling through the area.
The good news for nearby residents and businesses is that no water service interruptions are expected during the project.
