RAPID CITY, S.D. – Drivers in eastern Pennington County should prepare for a temporary road closure this week as crews repair a railroad crossing on Daughenbaugh Road.
County officials say the road will close at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, October 13, about 0.87 miles east of South Highway 79. The closure is expected to remain in place through 5 p.m. Thursday, October 15.
Detour signs will be posted to guide motorists around the work zone, and the closure will also be listed on the Pennington County Public Safety Hub map.
