RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City residents are invited to an informal town hall meeting this Friday hosted by Ward Five City Council members Laura Armstrong and Callie Meyer.
The event, called “Friday Pie Day,” will begin at 4:30 p.m. in the Circle of Friends Community Room at City Hall.
Armstrong and Meyer say the gathering is open to residents from all city wards and is designed as a casual meet-and-greet with no set agenda. The council members will provide updates on city issues and give attendees an opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, and offer feedback.
City officials say the event is intended to encourage open communication between residents and their elected representatives in an informal setting.
