RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City residents will have an opportunity to meet with local elected officials during an informal town hall meeting Friday at City Hall.
Ward 5 City Council members Laura Armstrong and Callie Meyer are hosting “Friday Pie Day” at 4:30 p.m. in the Circle of Friends Community Room. The event is open to residents from all city wards.
The gathering will have no formal agenda, giving community members a chance to ask questions, share concerns, offer ideas, or simply talk with their council representatives in a casual setting.
Armstrong and Meyer say the goal is to encourage open conversation and hear directly from residents about issues affecting the community.
The council members say everyone is welcome, whether they have a specific concern to discuss or simply want to learn more about what’s happening in Rapid City.
